Our Day Treatment Program focuses on providing comprehensive therapeutic care for children and adolescents beginning at age 8 and in the third grade through age 18 or until graduation from High School. Our goal is to help your child improve classroom functioning by developing healthy coping skills so they may successfully return to the classroom.
Healthy Recovery
FRS offers Medication Assisted Treatment to FRS clients. This program offers physician supervised withdrawal management from opiates and is facilitated in conjunction with participation in addictions counseling services.

FRS Transportation has dispatching hubs in Highland, Adams and Brown counties. FRS Transportation operates a fleet of over 30 vehicles to offer transportation services to Highland, Adams and Brown county residents for medical/counseling appointments and job/educational training in Highland, Adams and Brown County and the surrounding areas of Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Chillicothe and Portsmouth
